Sensors International can provide your company with variable reluctance, hall effect, and speed sensors that exactly match the applications for which they are needed.
We sell analog variable reluctance sensors with an effective range of operation from 20 inches per second (the angular velocity of the ferros gear teeth) to several hundred inches per second. Analog variable reluctance sensors do not require an outside power source to operate.
Our digital variable reluctance sensors operate in a range of 125 to 1500 inches per second at a repetition rate of up to 50kHz. The output is a squared pulse directly proportional to target speed.
